Two senior leaders of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints have been invited to participate in the 2020 G20 Interfaith Forum. Elder David A. Bednar of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles will speak on Wednesday, October 14, at 5:00 pm Saudi Arabia time. In a social media post, Elder Bednar invited people to watch the virtual session and said he plans to address the important role of religion during the COVID-19 pandemic. The talk will be broadcast live on Elder Bednar's Facebook and Instagram pages.
Sister Sharon Eubank of the Relief Society general presidency will also speak at the event on Saturday, October 17. The Church Newsroom will provide coverage of both talks.
